When you have placed your order, you will usually see that the purchase amount has been debited from your account and you should have received an order confirmation via email. If either one or both of these are missing, check further below.

The amount from your gift card has been used for payment, but the remaining balance has not been paid. If you do not make a successful payment of the remaining amount, the gift card credit will be repaid within two hours.

Please contact us in the event you wish to cancel your order before receiving the delivery. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, due to the package having already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse. We will only be able to process the cancellation once the package has been returned to our warehouse and the cost of the returned shipping will be debited to you.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. We therefore suggest that you to contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Then you can place a new order on our website, with the correct product(s).

SHIPPING

Within 2-5 business days of placing your order, you will receive an email from the logistic provider containing your package tracking information.To track your package, simply use the tracking number that has been provided.

All orders are shipped from our logistic center in Stockholm, Sweden.

Yes, the shipping cost is a set fee and it is also depending on the destination of the delivery and how many items that have been ordered. Although the shipping fee is set, you may be subject to but not limited to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These fees can be applied once the package reaches the destination country.

If your order has been placed to a country outside the European Union, we will not charge you any VAT/taxes. You will instead be subject to paying taxes to the local customs in your country.

DELIVERY

We strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

Once your order is successfully completed, our logistic center will process your order the following business day. Your order will be prepared, packed and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email containing your tracking information together with an estimated delivery date.

You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks, depending on your ordered products. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of MyTeeVibe´s and our delivery company´s control. These factors may include extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays and force majeure situations. 

For the Mobocracy product line the delivery time will take longer since each item is uniquely handmade by our design team. In some cases the delivery time can be up to 2-3 weeks. 

Please also note that during promotional campaigns delivery times may be longer than usual.

If you have received your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistakes as quickly as possible.

If you have received your Tracking Number, we urge you to contact your local Delivery Provider to start with.They will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery.

At the checkout page, you will find a box where it says “Insert Your Coupon Code”, just enter the code and click on “Apply”. Make sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the code.

Please note that only one coupon code is valid per order. A coupon code cannot be combined with other discounts.
